Ouranos Technology is seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Executive to lead end-to-end organic search strategy and drive qualified B2B lead generation. In this role, you will own technical audits, on-page optimisation, white-hat link building, and content alignment (including E-E-A-T and AI search readiness). Working closely with cross-functional development and content teams, you will leverage tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to boost visibility, site health, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business and lead-generation goals.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis and gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, canonicals, XML sitemaps and robots.txt.

- Optimise on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structure and image optimisation.

- Plan content strategy and briefs with the content team; review content for SEO quality, search intent and E-E-A-T alignment.

- Build and manage a white-hat link-building programme, including outreach, guest posting, digital PR and directory submissions.

- Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile where relevant.

- Track, analyse and report performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and SEO tools; present insights and recommendations to management.

- Monitor algorithm updates and industry trends and adapt strategy accordingly,



including optimisation for AI-driven search experiences (AI Overviews, generative search).

- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure SEO best practices in new web pages and releases.

- Mentor junior SEO executives and interns, and review their work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications or a related field.

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably with B2B / technology / IT services websites.

- Strong command of technical SEO, on-page SEO and off-page SEO.

- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog and PageSpeed Insights.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript SEO concepts; familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.

- Proven record of improving organic rankings and traffic (case studies or examples preferred).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good to Have

- Experience with international or multi-location SEO.

- Knowledge of CRO, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio dashboards.





- Familiarity with AI tools for SEO workflows and content optimisation.

- Basic understanding of PPC and social media to support an integrated digital strategy.

- Google Analytics or other relevant SEO certifications.
