Job Summary

Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the Compensation module. The consultant will play a key role in absorbing knowledge, managing configuration, and supporting ongoing project activities. This role requires a resource who can quickly understand the current setup and take ownership of configuration and solution delivery.

Location: Bangalore (Remote in India). Travel: Occasional travel may be required during key project phases (Bangalore). Work Hours: Regular India Office Hours (Flexibility required for 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST if needed).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage SuccessFactors Compensation module configuration.





- Absorb project knowledge and take over configuration activities independently.

- Support compensation planning cycles, eligibility rules, worksheets, and business requirements.

- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

- Support testing, issue resolution, and go-live activities.

Required Skills and Experience

- Solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

- Hands-on configuration experience in compensation planning and execution.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Flexibility to adjust working hours if project demands shift.
