Zariyaa is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take our happiness solutions — Wellness Festivals, Zen Gardens, the Employee Happiness Program (EAP) and Zenscape retreats — to HR and business leaders across India's leading organisations.

Full time · 5+ years experience · Hybrid (Bengaluru)

What you will do

- Own a quarterly revenue target across Wellness Festivals, Zen Garden, EAP and retreats
- Build and close enterprise pipeline — prospect, pitch, propose, negotiate and close
- Lead large accounts and grow them into annual wellbeing calendars and multi-city rollouts
- Mentor and guide our junior sales team; review their pipeline weekly
- Work with Operations on feasibility and with Marketing on decks, case studies and campaigns
- Represent Zariyaa at HR conferences, tech-park events and client meetings
- Keep the CRM accurate and share weekly pipeline and forecast reports

Who we are looking for
- 5+ years of B2B sales to corporates, with a track record of closing deals of ₹10L+
- Has sold to HR, CHROs, L&D;, Admin or Facilities heads
- Background in corporate wellness / EAP, corporate events or experiential agencies, HR-tech or employee-engagement platforms, or workplace design (a plus for Zen Garden)
- Existing relationships with HR leaders in Bengaluru tech parks and GCCs
- Excellent English — non-negotiable; a confident presenter in CXO rooms
- Lives in the CRM (Zoho CRM preferred); comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Hunter mindset with the patience to nurture long enterprise cycles
- Consultative — listens first, sells the outcome, not the product
