Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager with a robust background in luxury residential real estate. The candidate should have an established network of HNI/UHNI clients, luxury real estate brokers, channel partners and wealth advisors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and convert HNI/UHNI clients for luxury residential properties.
- Generate business through personal networks, referrals and direct sales.
- Develop and manage relationships with luxury real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Build partnerships with wealth managers, family offices and premium property consultants.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiations, bookings and closures.




- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records and regular performance reports.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Experience in luxury or premium real estate is preferred.
- Proven track record of selling high-value properties, preferably ₹3 crore and above.
- Strong network of HNI/UHNI clients and channel partners.
- Experience in luxury villas, second homes, branded residences or destination real estate is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
