Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the home loans segment.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and financial institutions to enhance business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
