We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Salon Manager to lead salon operations, manage teams, drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete salon operations and daily business activities.
- Drive revenue, achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
- Manage, supervise and motivate salon staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor staff performance, productivity and discipline.
- Manage inventory, stock, billing and appointments.
- Ensure salon hygiene, grooming standards and SOP compliance.
- Train and develop team members to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with the corporate team for business performance and reporting.

Requirements

- 7+ years of relevant experience in the salon/beauty industry.




- Previous experience as a Salon Manager or Senior Salon Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of salon services, products and operations.
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
