About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive direct Solar EPC project sales, including rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, techno-commercial negotiations, project sales, and contract closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct Solar EPC sales across C&I;, industrial, institutional, and large-scale segments.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire key clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Handle techno-commercial proposals, negotiations, and project pricing.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build strategic client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Lead and guide the sales team.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 8–10 years of experience in direct Solar EPC project sales.
- Strong experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Proven B2B / C&I; Solar EPC sales experience.
- Experience handling a cumulative project sales.
- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration will be preferred.
- Experience in independently closing high-value EPC projects is essential.
