Sales Executive /Sales Sr Executive (All grades)

- Generate sales and meet targets through effective sales process using database provided
- Develop, Maintain and Consistently keep the Customer database effective
- Ensure timely and efficient follow up procedures (Courtesy call, PR call, Feedback and Referral calls)
- Effectively and diligently use the sales and presentation skills imparted during training
- Thorough proficiency in product to effectively satisfy any query of the customer
- Personal Grooming
- Maintaining excellent interpersonal relationships with Subordinates, Colleagues and Superiors
- Customer passion and purchase experience - (Extra mile, persistence, Most diligent follow up, killer instinct, warmth and excitement)
- Submission of DSR and all requisite reports in a timely manner
- Punctuality and Discipline in all aspects of work life

Essential Requisites (Non Negotiable)

- Excellent communication skills – Listening, Oral , Written and Body Language
- Positive, Passionate and Cheerful
- Should enjoy Delighting guests and Selling, thus developing healthy relationships.
- Perseverance, Persistence and ability to respect customer response.
