Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Consultants to join our sales team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, promoting and selling vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives.
- Convert prospective customers into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and other marketing activities.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective buyers regularly.
- Provide accurate information and professional guidance throughout the sales process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with customers after vehicle delivery.

Sales Administration

- Prepare quotations, proposals,



and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance departments to facilitate vehicle purchases.
- Maintain accurate customer details and lead records in the CRM system.
- Monitor sales enquiries and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth vehicle handover.

Market and Product Knowledge

- Stay updated on vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
- Understand competitor products and market trends.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and promotional activities.

Requirements
- Previous experience in automobile sales or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets.
