About the Role

We are expanding our business into the Andhra Pradesh market and is looking for a strong Sales & Marketing professional who can establish the brand, develop new business opportunities, and build a reliable network of industry professionals.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of building materials and an established network of developers, builders, architects, civil engineers, contractors, dealers, and other key decision-makers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to establish in the Andhra Pradesh market.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate developers, architects, civil engineers, interior designers, contractors, and project consultants.
- Leverage an existing industry network to generate enquiries, secure project orders, and achieve sales targets.
- Promote Company products and solutions to relevant customers, dealers, distributors, and project stakeholders.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and engage with decision-makers at the early stages of project planning.
- Develop dealer, distributor, contractor, and channel partner networks wherever relevant.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and market opportunities.
- Arrange client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding quotations, order processing, delivery, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to convert enquiries into business.
- Take ownership of market development, revenue generation,



and customer relationship management in the assigned territory.

Required Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries are welcome:

- False ceiling and ceiling solutions
- Paints and coatings
- Electrical products and building electrical materials
- Building materials and construction products
- Interior finishing materials
- Hardware, construction supplies, and allied building products

Essential Skills and Requirements

- Strong existing network among builders, developers, contractors, engineers, architects, or construction-related businesses.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction projects, and customer buying processes.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop markets, negotiate, and close sales.
- Robust communication, networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently develop a new market and work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Andhra Pradesh for client meetings and business development.
- Telugu communication skills are preferred, along with English or Hindi where relevant.
- A strong sales track record and established industry relationships will be given priority over educational qualifications.
