Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 4+ years of expertise in Non-IT recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for healthcare, corporate, and operational roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for healthcare professionals, doctors, dentists, call center executives, front-office staff, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.




- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and achievement of recruitment targets.
- Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer releases and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and reduce offer dropouts.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Non-IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment metrics, MIS reporting, and candidate management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Experience in bulk hiring, healthcare recruitment, or corporate hiring is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly vacancy closure targets.
- Time-to-hire and quality of hire.
- Interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratios.
- Candidate follow-up and joining conversion rates.
- Hiring manager satisfaction and recruitment reporting accuracy.
