We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with robust expertise in C#, Selenium, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation solutions, validating Dynamics 365 applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across web, API, and backend systems. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role requiring deep technical expertise in automation framework development, test strategy, and end-to-end quality assurance.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using C#, Selenium WebDriver, and .NET technologies

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for enterprise applications

- Lead automation efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including CRM, Customer Service, Sales, and custom modules

- Develop and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend services

- Validate Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and data flows

- Create and maintain reusable automation components and testing utilities

- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, RestSharp, or similar technologies





- Develop SQL queries for backend validation and data integrity testing

- Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality engineering recommendations

- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work closely with development teams on defect resolution

- Establish automation best practices, coding standards, and quality metrics

- Support CI/CD implementation and automated test execution pipelines

- Mentor junior QA engineers from a technical perspective and drive automation adoption across projects

Must Have

- 10-14 years of Software Testing experience

- Strong hands-on experience in C# Automation Testing

- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver

- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch

- Strong testing experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Hands-on experience with CRM/Dynamics workflows, plugins, forms, business rules, and integrations

- API Testing experience (REST APIs)

- SQL and Database Testing

- TestNG/NUnit/xUnit frameworks

- Git

- Azure DevOps

- CI/CD pipeline integration

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

- Microsoft Power Platform testing

- Azure Cloud exposure

- Performance Testing knowledge

- Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation projects
