We are hiring a Senior Production Planning Executive for a leading PNC Production Manufacturing Company in Arasur, Coimbatore.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC), preferably in CNC machining, machine shop or engineering manufacturing industries.

The candidate will be responsible for production scheduling, monitoring shop-floor activities, coordinating with different departments and ensuring timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores and quality departments.
- Monitor machine capacity, manpower utilization and production efficiency.
- Track Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure smooth production flow.
- Ensure raw material and component availability as per production schedules.
- Monitor production targets and identify bottlenecks or delays.
- Coordinate with shop-floor teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain production reports, planning sheets and MIS reports.
- Handle production follow-ups and prepare daily production status reports.
- Implement corrective actions to minimize production delays.





Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC).
- Strong experience in a manufacturing / engineering industry.
- Hands-on experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Knowledge of CNC machining / machine shop operations is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of material planning and inventory coordination.
- Experience in WIP tracking and production monitoring.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and production MIS reports.
- Knowledge of ERP / SAP systems is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage production planning activities.
