We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and growth of an innovative, AI-powered consumer wellness platform. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to build personalized digital experiences that elevate user engagement and retention.

- Own the product roadmap and execution for key areas of a consumer-facing wellness platform.
- Identify user problems and translate them into intuitive, valuable product experiences.
- Partner with engineering, design, AI, and business teams to define, build, and launch product features.
- Analyse user behaviour, engagement, retention, and conversion data to identify product improvement opportunities.
- Improve user onboarding, activation, and long-term engagement through experimentation and iterative development.




- Drive personalization initiatives to make product experiences more relevant to individual user goals and behaviours.
- Define product success metrics and use data to evaluate feature performance and business impact.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and new opportunities.

- 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably building consumer-facing digital products.
- Proven experience owning the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirement definition to development, launch, and iteration.
- Experience building or scaling mobile applications, consumer technology products, or subscription-based digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of user engagement, retention, activation, conversion, and product growth metrics.
- Experience using product analytics and user behaviour data to identify opportunities and make product decisions.
- Ability to translate user needs and business objectives into product roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, and explicit feature requirements.
