Role: Senior Product Manager
Location: Mumbai Only - Mumbai-based candidates only | Full-time, Work From Office - 5 Days
Experience: 5+ Years | 5-7 years of core product management on a consumer app
Industry: Consumer Tech / Mobile App
? Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute retention and acquisition strategies for the mobile app using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers & developers to enhance user experience & engagement
- Lead ideation, planning & execution of recent app features to improve user retention
- Utilize analytics tools & customer feedback to monitor user behavior & propose solutions
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize user retention metrics
- Communicate product initiatives & updates to cross-functional teams
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform product decisions & maintain a competitive edge
- Establish & monitor KPIs related to user retention & analyze their success
✅ Must Have - Non-Negotiable:
- Currently based in Mumbai & willing to work from office 5 days a week - Mandatory
- 5-7 years of core product management on a consumer app
- Has owned a retention, engagement, or repeat-purchase metric on a consumer product
- Hands-on with experimentation & analytics tooling
- Education from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
- Must have some kind of gamification experience
- At least 2 years of experience working recently in a startup or scale-up company
⭐ Good to Have:
- Category adjacency: D2C wellness, healthtech, subscription or replenishment products, or habit/routine apps
- Experience with a human-in-the-loop support layer
- Current fixed comp in the 40-55L range
