Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the Process Associate – Voice Process role in Chennai. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, addressing queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.




- Update customer details and call records in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Maintain call quality and productivity standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Valuable verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Any degree or relevant educational qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
