Job Title : Planning and Reporting

Qualification Required Professional (B. Com + MBA in Finance)

Experience required 2 - 5 years

Location :Oragadam, Chennai

Duties and Responsibilities of the position:

Responsible for periodic planning and forecasting process for CS business.

Prepare monthly reporting for CS business.

Prepare monthly reporting dashboards for management reporting.

Co-ordination with DICV Internal and external stakeholder for planning and reporting.

Identify variance in plan vs actuals. Conduct analysis for variance and suggest measure to minimize variance.

Prepare monthly transitions for actuals vs plan to explain the impact of different effects that caused the change.

Understand current planning and reporting process and suggest measures to improve efficiency.

Responsible for pricing of domestic and export parts.





Evaluation of incentive schemes and validation of incentive payout to dealers.

Steering projects to simplify and digitize planning and reporting process.

Evaluate current business cases proposed by the business team or project team.

Responsible for other revenue related topics for parts business.

Desired skills:

Proficient in SAP FICO.

Knowledge of Management Accounting

Adept in MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Power BI.

Experience of working in multi-cultural environment

Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.

Strong delivery skills in complex engagements across cross functional teams.

Understanding of Parts/CS business will be added advantage.
