Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop, prepare, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Prepare project baseline schedules in accordance with project milestones.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and define project activities, durations, and dependencies.
- Prepare manpower, machinery, and resource deployment plans.
- Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.
- Coordination with Site, Inter department, client, consultants, external agencies
- Track planned versus actual progress and identify schedule deviations. Conduct productivity analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify critical path activities and monitor their impact on project completion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Coordinate with construction teams to collect and validate actual site progress.
- Monitor engineering, procurement,



construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Analyze project delays and identify their root causes.
- Prepare recovery schedules and corrective action plans to mitigate delays.
- Participate in project review meetings and present project status updates.
- Forecast project completion dates based on actual progress and remaining activities.
- Ensure timely submission of planning and progress reports to management and clients.

Requirement:

- B.E in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Construction Management will be an added advantage.
- 6 to 8 years’ experience in planning role in the construction industry.
- Experience in large-scale EPC, infrastructure or industrial projects
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera, MSP, Advance Excel
- PMP certification will be an added advantage.
