Job Responsibilities

- Teach Physics to students preparing for JEE Main and JEE Advanced examinations.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Cover the complete JEE Physics syllabus within the academic schedule.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, DPPs, practice sheets and test papers.
- Explain complex Physics concepts using practical examples and effective teaching methodologies.
- Conduct regular tests, doubt-clearing sessions and performance analysis.
- Train students to solve numerical, conceptual and application-based questions.
- Provide guidance for advanced-level problem-solving and competitive examination strategies.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide individual feedback.
- Contribute to the development of academic content, question banks and test series.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- M.Sc. in Physics or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong command over Mechanics, Electrodynamics, Thermodynamics, Optics, Modern Physics and Waves.
- Thorough understanding of JEE Main and JEE Advanced examination patterns.
- Excellent subject knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.




- Ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Experience in a reputed coaching institute will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits Monthly Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000, depending on experience, subject expertise and interview performance.

Selection Process – 4 RoundsRound 1 – Written Test

- Subject knowledge assessment.
- JEE Main and JEE Advanced-level Physics questions.
- Conceptual clarity and numerical problem-solving assessment.

Round 2 – Technical Interview
- In-depth Physics subject assessment.
- Questions on advanced concepts and numerical problem-solving.
- Discussion on teaching methodology and subject expertise.

Round 3 – Demo Class
- Candidate will deliver a demo lecture on an assigned Physics topic.
- Evaluation of teaching skills and conceptual explanation.
- Assessment of classroom engagement, board presentation and problem-solving approach.

Round 4 – HR Interview
- Discussion about previous teaching experience and career goals.
- Salary expectations and joining availability.
- Discussion of job responsibilities and institute policies.
- Final salary negotiation and selection.
