We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a senior leader in our PHP development department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to guide a talented group of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using PHP, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and project managers, to define project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Oversee the code review process and ensure adherence to coding standards and practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.
- Manage the project lifecycle from conception through to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior PHP development role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
- Robust understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Salary: 1200000 - 1800000 INR Per annum
