We are looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to lead and manage the Physiotherapy Department, ensuring quality patient care and smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the physiotherapy team.
- Oversee patient assessments and treatment plans.
- Manage IP/OP physiotherapy operations.
- Monitor patient progress and clinical outcomes.
- Coordinate with doctors and other medical departments.
- Manage staff schedules, training and performance.
- Maintain patient records, HIS/EMR documentation and billing compliance.
- Ensure adherence to NABH standards.
- Manage therapy equipment and inventory.
Requirements:
- BPT qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of physiotherapy experience.
- Previous team handling or leadership experience preferred.
- Robust clinical, communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital operations.
