WTF (wtf.fitness) is India's full-stack fitness company: 11 brands on one operating system. We sell online every day across very different products - WTF Gyms memberships and personal training (60 premium gyms of our own), Metaboliq (doctor-led weight-loss programmes, from a 1,799 first test to 50,000-1.5 lakh programmes), EVRYDAY nutrition and supplements (D2C), WTF Academy certification courses, and subscriptions. ~270 gyms and 85,000+ members today. This role takes our online revenue to hundreds of crores.

Not for lead-generation-only, social media posting or agency coordination roles. You run the ad accounts yourself, every day, for sales.

What you do, every day

- Run our Meta and Google campaigns hands-on: build, launch, test and optimise campaigns for purchases, paid bookings, memberships and subscriptions - across WTF Gyms, Metaboliq, EVRYDAY and WTF Academy.
- Daily numbers: spend, CPA/CAC, ROAS, CTR,



CVR by campaign; kill losers and scale winners every morning; weekly report to the Head of Performance Marketing.
- Ship 15-30 current ads a week with the creative team and AI tools; structured A/B tests on hooks, offers, audiences and landing pages.
- Keep tracking clean: pixel + Conversions API, GA4, UTMs, events; flag when numbers do not add up.
- Own a channel or a brand end to end and guide the Performance Marketer.

Who fits

- 4-8 years of hands-on Meta and Google ads at a D2C / consumer brand (or a strong performance agency handling D2C), optimising for purchases.
- Personally managed 30 lakh - 1 crore+ a month of spend with ROAS / CPA you can quote.
- Comfortable with Advantage+ / ASC, PMax, CAPI, GA4 and Excel / Sheets; uses AI tools for creatives and analysis.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full-time, on-site • 6 days • CTC 15-22.5 LPA + up to 3 LPA performance bonus.
