Its products play a critical role in global commerce and are trusted by some of the world's largest organizations.

We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to help shape the talent, organization, leadership and culture needed to support the company's continued growth.

This is an opportunity for an HR professional who wants to do more than support the business. You will work closely with senior leaders to translate strategy into workforce and organizational decisions, strengthen leadership capability, navigate complex people challenges and help build an organization positioned for sustained success.

What You Will Be Accountable For

- Serve as a trusted people advisor to senior leaders, bringing a strong point of view on talent, organization, leadership, workforce and culture.
- Translate business strategy into integrated workforce, talent, organization and culture plans with measurable outcomes.
- Lead complex talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational design and organizational change initiatives.
- Coach leaders and managers to strengthen leadership capability, accountability, decision-making and team effectiveness.
- Advise leaders on sensitive employee relations, performance, leadership and organizational matters, partnering with specialist teams where needed.
- Bring together workforce analytics, external practices and business insight to identify emerging talent and organizational risks and opportunities.
- Influence leadership decisions by turning complex people and organizational issues into clear choices, implications and recommendations.




- Lead cross-functional people initiatives and strengthen enterprise People & Culture programs through business insight and subject-matter expertise.
- Mentor and support other People & Culture professionals, providing leadership and expertise across projects and initiatives.

What You Bring
- 6–12 years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partnering experience.
- Advanced knowledge across multiple HR disciplines and deep expertise in HR Business Partnering.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people priorities to operating and financial outcomes.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and leading through change.
- Advanced consulting, coaching, negotiation and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to translate workforce data into a compelling business narrative.
- Confidence and judgment to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex, sensitive or precedent-setting issues.
- Strong program and project leadership skills across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Qualified HR certification is beneficial but not required.
