Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Application Developer and Support Lead. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of comprehensive experience in Oracle EPM, with deep, end-to-end implementation expertise specifically focused on Oracle PCM (Profitability and Cost Management) and/or Oracle EDM (Enterprise Data Management). Familiarity and hands-on experience with additional Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, ARCS, FreeForm, Narrative Reporting) is highly desirable.

Core Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end Enterprise Performance Management solutions across Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
- Define system architecture, environment strategy, security framework, and integration patterns.
- Lead technical design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide governance and best practices for Oracle EPM implementations.
- Configure security models (groups, roles) and manage multi-tier environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
- Perform unit, system, and regression testing; migrate artifacts between environments for all EPM Applications.
- Develop Technical Design Documents and deployment guides.
- Provide strong stakeholder management and solution presentation skills.

Primary Areas of Expertise (Required): Oracle EDM (Enterprise Data Management):

- Design EDM application structures and viewpoints.
- Create and optimize hierarchies, node types, and relationships.




- Create custom properties and property rules.
- Develop advanced validations (hierarchy, property, cross-viewpoint).
- Design approval workflows and request policies.
- Develop REST API automations and batch jobs.
- Build inbound/outbound integrations with EPM, ERP, and data hubs.
- Configure viewpoint subscriptions and sync rules.
- Implement enhancement requests and current business requirements.

Oracle PCM (Profitability & Cost Management):
- Design PCMCS application structure.
- Create and maintain dimensions (Cost Center, Product, Channel, etc.).
- Design Standard and Custom Profitability models.
- Develop allocation, driver-based, and staged rules.
- Define and implement business drivers.
- Build inbound integrations from ERP and data sources.
- Design input and driver maintenance forms.
- Develop rule execution automation and scheduling.
- Implement new profitability scenarios.
- General EPM Technical Skills (Required)
- Strong experience in Groovy scripting for advanced business rule customization.
- Expertise in EPM Automate for migrations, data loads, and batch automation.
- Experience in metadata/data integrations using REST APIs.
- Performance tuning, server optimization, and resolving data integrity issues.




- Proven experience in multi-application EPM transformations.
- Enterprise-level, hands-on expertise with the Smart View Excel add-in.

Additional Desired Experience (Highly Helpful): Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close):

- Design FCCS application structure and dimensionality.
- Create and maintain entities, accounts, currencies, and custom dimensions.
- Develop and optimize consolidation/calculation rules, translation methods, and FX logic.
- Configure IC eliminations and partner structures.
- Build ERP/EPM integrations using Data Integration or REST APIs.
- Design input forms, Financial Reports, and automate close task lists.

Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation):
- Design ARCS profiles, reconciliation formats, and configure risk ratings.
- Build balance sheet, variance, and transaction matching reconciliations.
- Develop transaction matching rules and auto-match logic.
- Design inbound data loads from ERP/EPM systems and configure certification workflows.

Oracle FreeForm:
- Design FreeForm dimensional structure and manage sparse/dense dimensions.
- Develop calculation, aggregation, and allocation rules/Groovy scripts.
- Build inbound integrations and Smart View ad-hoc/report templates.

Oracle Narrative Reporting (NR):
- Design Narrative Reporting folder structures, reports, and packages.
- Configure connections to FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and Planning.
- Build Smart View-based doclets/templates and implement AI add-ins.
