Primary Purpose The Sr. Officer Marketing is responsible for product management of General Surgery products and support for clinical activity in his region. Develops and Maintains relationship with all the key Opinion leaders/ users. Achievement General Surgery Product mix in his/her region.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for marketing activities in line with the strategic marketing plan for General Surgery, Uro & SD.
- Center of excellence activities like demonstration support during the training programs, interaction with the trainees for query resolution on systems, developing relationship with the proctors and team for smooth execution of the programs
- PG Engagement Activities for upcoming experts in the field of General Surgery
- HCP/KOL management
- Working towards developing new center of excellence sites for activities starting from national level widening it further to regional level
- Developing good relations with users/clinicians
- End to end support to assigned HCP’s, managing expectations in line with organizational policies.
- Application support for focussed HCP oriented initiatives, marketing activities, events and conferences.
- Liaison and networking with key stake holders internally and externally to strengthen marketing propositions.
- Vendor Management for successful conduction of in house Marketing activities
- Development of brochures, standee, booth designs and other marketing collaterals for marketing communication for the strategic initiatives, campaigns and activities
- Gather information about key marketing activities done by competitors.
- Gather the Information about own products and competitors’ products.
- Internal sales training on key products and applications




- Supporting in house training for Upcoming experts in the field of General Surgery
- Solid Leadership Skills and excellent understanding of the market

Inherent Requirements

Formal Qualifications & Experience

- Should be minimum graduate in Science or B.Tech /B.E in (Electronics or Biomedical)
- Should have minimum working experience of 8-10 years in medical equipment/capital equipment/surgical industry.
- Should be open to travel extensively.
- Maintains professional image that reflects positively on the Company.

Key Skills

- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal / Written): Should be able to effectively communicate and interact with clarity, verbally and in writing with proficient e‑mail etiquette.
- Effective coordination and interactive skills, for productive completion of cross‑functional tasks, wherever applicable and assigned.
- Well versed with MS Office operations (Excel / MS Office / PPTx / Teams / Outlook).
