Role Description The Senior Naturopathic Doctor with knowledge of functional medicine will provide comprehensive remote consultations, designing and overseeing individualized care plans that emphasize naturopathy, functional medicine, nutrition, and holistic health strategies. In this full-time role, the doctor will assess medical histories, interpret diagnostic information, conduct review meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to create evidence-based natural healing protocols for conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes,, mental health, prostate and autoimmune conditions. Daily activities include conducting virtual consultations, monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans, and documenting outcomes in alignment with clinical standards.

Doctor will also contribute to program development, support health guides with clinical guidance, participate in case reviews, and help educate clients on lifestyle, dietary, and integrative interventions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust expertise in Medicine and Functional Medicine, with the ability to integrate conventional clinical knowledge into holistic care plans.
- Candidates should possess advanced skills in Naturopathy and Holistic Health, including natural healing modalities and evidence-based alternative interventions.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Nutrition, food-as-medicine approaches, and therapeutic dietary planning for metabolic and autoimmune conditions.
- Relevant professional license or registration as a Naturopathic Doctor or equivalent, with several years of clinical experience in integrative or functional medicine settings.
- Demonstrated experience managing Type 2 Diabetes and autoimmune disorders using non-pharmacological protocols and lifestyle interventions.
- Excellent communication and telehealth consultation skills, including the ability to work remotely with diverse populations and multilingual teams.
- Strong clinical documentation, case management, and collaboration skills; comfort with digital health platforms and remote monitoring tools.
- Board certification or advanced training in naturopathy, functional medicine, or nutrition is highly beneficial.
