Mechanical Experience: 2–6 Years (Crusher Plant Experience Mandatory)

Job Role Responsible for complete operation & maintenance of crusher & screening plants.

Key Responsibilities Handle Jaw, Cone, VSI, Impact Crushers Operate & maintain Screens, Feeders & Belt Conveyors Preventive & breakdown maintenance Shaft, bearing, gearbox & coupling alignment Hydraulics & pneumatics troubleshooting Monitor plant performance & minimize downtime Spare parts planning & inventory control Supervise technicians & ensure safety SOP compliance

Technical Knowledge (Must Have) Crushing & screening process flow Plant erection & commissioning Belt conveyor systems Bearing selection & lubrication systems Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Ability to read mechanical drawings Basic electrical coordination Production optimization & cost control

Ideal Candidate Background in Mining / Aggregates / Cement Plant Strong hands-on field experience (not desk-only) Leadership & reporting skills Willing to work at site location.
