Key Responsibilities

- Run end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding for the digital entertainment business, including tech roles.

- Lead compensation benchmarking and design compensation structures.
- Own the performance management process.

- Drive culture building and employee engagement initiatives. Must-Have Qualifications • 8+ years of relevant HR experience.

- Experience handling end-to-end talent acquisition, including hiring for tech roles. •

- Experience with compensation benchmarking and designing compensation structures.
