About the Opportunity

Big FM, a well-known Indian radio and entertainment brand, is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Human Resources to lead core HR functions for its growing digital entertainment business.

The role involves managing talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture.

We are looking for a strategic HR professional with strong execution capabilities and experience supporting digital or technology-driven business environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding for the digital entertainment business, including technology and specialized roles.
- Develop and implement compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks and business objectives.
- Lead compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, and compensation planning.
- Own and manage performance management processes, including performance reviews and evaluation frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Support workforce planning and employee retention initiatives.
- Ensure effective HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Required Qualifications




- 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition, including technology hiring.
- Strong expertise in compensation benchmarking and compensation structure design.
- Experience managing performance management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital entertainment, media, broadcasting, or content-driven businesses.
- Experience managing HR functions for digital or technology-led business units.
- Exposure to organizational development and workforce planning.
