? We're Hiring: Senior Manager – Fundraising & Communications

Location: Noida, UP (Regular travel to Anupshahr)

Experience: 8+ Years

Salary: Up to 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fundraising strategies and mobilize funds through CSR, corporates, foundations, trusts, HNIs and institutional donors.
- Develop corporate partnerships and manage end-to-end grant/proposal writing, budgeting and reporting.
- Build and maintain donor relationships and ensure donor retention.
- Lead communications, branding, digital campaigns, social media and impact storytelling.
- Manage donor engagement, events, outreach and stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate with leadership, finance and program teams and mentor team members.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications,



Journalism, PR, Fundraising or related fields.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, institutional partnerships, CSR or communications.
- Proven track record in raising funds from corporates and institutional donors.
- Strong proposal writing, budgeting, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations.
