Opening: Manager / Sr. Manager Perfumery

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 8–10 Years

Role: Lead the Perfumery Team and drive end-to-end fragrance development across Skin Care, Hair Care, Deodorants, Pain Management and Personal Care products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead perfume development, fragrance evaluation and sensory testing.
- Work with fragrance houses on perfume selection, briefs and innovation.
- Manage fragrance quality, regulatory compliance and cost optimisation.
- Conduct fragrance trend and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Formulation, Marketing, Brand and external suppliers.
- Drive current product launches and fragrance innovation projects.

Desired Profile:

- Experience in the Fragrance / Perfumery industry, preferably with MNCs or leading fragrance houses.
- Hands-on expertise in Fragrance Evaluation and Perfume Development.
- Understanding of fragrance notes, sensory evaluation and personal care formulations.
- Experience in team leadership and vendor management.
