Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head / Sales Manager to manage overall branch operations, drive sales, lead the team, and achieve business targets. The candidate should have strong sales experience, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage daily branch activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Drive sales, generate revenue, and achieve monthly business targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team.
- Handle customer relationships, queries, and escalations.
- Develop sales strategies to increase business and customer retention.
- Monitor team performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper follow-ups with leads and potential customers.
- Maintain branch discipline, service quality, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with the head office regarding sales performance and operational requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and team management.
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or Team Leader preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sales targets and manage a team.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.

Training & Employment Details
- Training Location: Chandigarh
- Training Duration: 10–15 Days
- Training Period: Unpaid
- Accommodation: Provided by the company during training.
- Food: Provided by the company during training.
- Job Location After Training: Karnal
- Agreement: 2 Years
- Salary: As per the agreed salary package, starting after successful completion of training.
