We are looking for an experienced FP&A; qualified to drive corporate financial planning, forecasting, business partnering, and strategic finance initiatives.
- Lead annual operating plans (AOP), forecasts, and long-range planning (LRP).
- Drive monthly/quarterly financial reviews and management reporting.
- Partner with senior management and business teams to support strategic decisions.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives and financial modelling.
- Drive process automation, standardization, and finance transformation.
- Develop insightful dashboards and reporting using Power BI and Excel.
- Manage enterprise-level financial projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A.;
- CA / MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (HFM/Oracle).
- Power BI knowledge and project management experience preferred.
