What you will need to be successful

- Experience in maintenance administration, customer service, service coordination, facilities, maintenance or a similar operational workplace.
- Ability to review information, follow defined rules and make consistent decisions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using computer systems, shared mailboxes and standard reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
- A practical, customer-focused approach to problem solving and escalation.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have

- B.Tech / Engineering degree (Diploma candidates are not being considered)
- 7 to 10 years of relevant Facilities Maintenance experience
- Strong exposure to:
- MEP Services
- HVAC
- Electrical Systems
- Plumbing
- Fire Fighting Systems




- Asset Management / Facilities Maintenance Operations
- Experience working with:
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Maintenance Management Applications
- SAP exposure is acceptable but not mandatory

Communication Requirements

- Good communication skills are mandatory.
- The role involves interaction with stakeholders from Australia and New Zealand, so candidates should be able to communicate professionally and confidently.

CMMS vs SAP

- The primary requirement is experience with CMMS applications.
- Different organizations may use different maintenance management systems.
- The focus is on maintenance/asset management applications rather than a specific SAP module.
