Job Details

- Role: H Sr Java Developer
- Experience: 9 - 14Years
- Location: Bangalore (5 Days Work From Office)

- Education:Bachelors degree in, Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Adopt an AI-first development approach by integrating AI-powered tools into daily software development activities.
- Leverage AI-assisted development for code generation, refactoring, debugging, unit test creation, documentation, and code reviews.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using established software engineering principles.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and effective code following coding standards and best practices.
- Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality, reliability, and performance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot production defects, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver business requirements.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability across application components.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security vulnerabilities, performance,



and adherence to project standards.
- 9–12 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, object-oriented programming, collections, exception handling, multithreading, and concurrency.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
- Practical experience with AI-first development methodologies, using AI to accelerate the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to effectively validate, test, debug, and refine AI-generated code rather than relying on unverified outputs.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to have skills:

- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding, code completion, test generation, and refactoring.
- Experience using Claude or similar AI assistants for code analysis, debugging, technical documentation, and development workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software engineering practices, prompt engineering, and context-driven code generation.
- Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native application development.
- Consistent adherence to timelines.
- Ability to bring the team together and steer them effectively.
