The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), with a strong focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize IT operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and incident management.
- Implement and maintain ITSM and ITOM processes to enhance operational efficiency.
