We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage interior design projects, understand client requirements, develop creative concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and coordinate with execution teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and project expectations.
- Develop creative and innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D layouts, detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, ceiling plans, and elevations.
- Create realistic 3D views and presentations for client approvals.
- Handle complete interior design projects from initial concept to final execution.
- Select suitable materials, colours, textures, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, living rooms, false ceilings, and other interior elements.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and site supervisors.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
- Handle client meetings, design presentations, modifications, and approvals.
- Identify design or execution issues and provide practical solutions.




- Maintain quality standards and ensure attention to detail throughout the project.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drawings and working drawings.
- Proficiency in SketchUp / 3ds Max for 3D modelling and visualization.
- Knowledge of V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion for realistic rendering.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and MS Office.
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe designing.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and interior detailing.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Interior Designing.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture or a relevant field.
- Strong creativity and design sense with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Good coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and deliver projects on time.
- Must be willing to attend client meetings and conduct site visits whenever required.
- A portfolio of completed residential and commercial interior projects is mandatory.
