Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud security and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and managing secure, scalable Azure environments, automating infrastructure deployments and optimizing cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, provision and manage scalable Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform or Bicep.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for Cloud, including security posture management, threat detection and vulnerability remediation.
- Design and enforce Azure RBAC, Entra ID, PIM and network security policies.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for infrastructure and application deployments.
- Manage and secure containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Administer and optimize Azure Database for PostgreSQL, including performance tuning, backups, high availability and recovery.
- Implement monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics,



Prometheus and Grafana.
- Handle infrastructure upgrades, OS patching, database upgrades and certificate rotations.
- Troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues and drive reliability and security improvements.

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and networking (VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Route Tables, Private Endpoints).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Azure security best practices.
- Expertise in Azure RBAC, Entra ID and access governance.
- Production experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Database for PostgreSQL, query optimization and database administration.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform or Bicep and scripting using Python or Bash.
- Experience managing AKS, Kubernetes and container security.
- Experience with infrastructure upgrades, patching and zero-downtime deployments.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Azure Landing Zones and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).
- Knowledge of Azure Virtual WAN, Azure Firewall and Application Gateway/WAF.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST, ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
- Experience with Datadog, Splunk or other observability tools.
