Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized HR Executive with strong communication skills and good knowledge of MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, coordinating with employees and departments, and ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic reports using MS Excel.
- Handle employee attendance, leave records, and related data management.
- Coordinate for employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Communicate with employees and internal departments for HR-related matters.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups, as required.
- Track employee data and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.
- Follow up on pending HR activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
- Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required: Communication Skills

- Experience: 4+years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees, candidates, and management.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

MS Excel Skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel is required, including:
- Basic Excel formulas and functions.
- VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP.
- Pivot Table creation and data summarization.
- Dashboard creation and basic data analysis.
- Sorting, filtering, and data validation.
- IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and other basic formulas.
- Data cleaning, formatting, and report preparation.

Education & Experience

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.




- Prior experience in HR operations or HR administration is preferred.
- Candidates with strong Excel and communication skills may also be considered.
