We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Human resource Manager who can independently drive HR functions, operational coordination, process implementation, team discipline, Payroll ESI PF complainces, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement HR Systems and SOPs: Establish and streamline HR processes, policies, and compliance mechanisms for smooth operations.
- Onboarding, Induction & Documentation: Ensure complete documentation, induction, and orientation for all new joinees.
- Attendance, OT & Payroll Management: Monitor site attendance, process OT, leaves, and ensure accurate payroll for 1000+ employees.
- HRMS Implementation for Attendance & Payroll
- Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Adherence: Maintain 100% compliance with ESI, PF, CLRA, minimum wages, and other statutory requirements.
- Performance Management & Appraisals: Drive the performance review cycle, set KRAs, and manage appraisals and feedback.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare: Lead employee engagement activities, manage accommodation, hygiene, and welfare facilities at sites.




- Grievance Handling & Discipline: Resolve grievances, ensure discipline, and maintain a positive working environment.
- HR Reporting & Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team with KRAs, publish MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

Required Experience & Skills:

- MBA / PGDM in HR or related specialization
- Strong understanding of Payroll, labor laws, PF, ESI & gratuity.
- Proficient in HRMS/ERP platforms for tracking HR data and reports
- Strong interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented approach
- Experience handling multi-location teams or project sites is a plus
