We are looking for a experienced Senior HR Recruiter who can independently drive end-to-end non-IT recruitment, including mid-level and senior leadership hiring. The candidate should have the ability to identify and attract experienced professionals for critical business positions, coordinate with different departments and ensure timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 45 recruiters, set daily targets, monitor performance and drive timely position closures.

- Leadership Hiring: Independently drive second-level leadership hiring for GM, DGM, AGM and VP-level positions, particularly across Sales and Operations.

- Position Closure &
- Quality Hiring

: Ensure the right candidate is placed in the right role within the defined TAT, maintaining quality of hire and recruitment efficiency.

- Offer &

- Appointment Documentation

: Ensure timely release of offer letters, appointment letters and other joining-related documentation.

- Onboarding &

- Induction

: Take ownership of employee induction and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- Probation Management: Handhold new joinees throughout their first three months,



coordinate feedback with reporting managers and ensure proper probation tracking and confirmation.

Required Experience &

- Skills:

- Graduate / MBA in HR or any relevant specialization.

- Min 8+ years of experience in end-to-end Non-IT Recruitment.

- Proven experience in mid-level and senior leadership hiring.

- Exposure to hiring GM, DGM, AGM and VP-level professionals, particularly in Sales and Operations.

- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, recruitment trackers and MIS reporting.

- Ability to work independently and drive closures within defined timelines.
