Qualification: MBA HR / MSW / PG Diploma in HR or equivalent Location: [Company Location] Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior HR skilled to manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, HR operations and employee relations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Selection - Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop floor, engineering, quality, production, maintenance, stores and office positions.

- Understand manpower requirements from HODs and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies. 2.

Manpower

Planning - Prepare monthly manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and other department heads.
- Monitor employee strength, absenteeism and attrition.
- Plan recruitment based on production requirements.
- HR Operations & Administration - Manage employee onboarding and induction.




- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management and shift-related coordination.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and salary processing.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters. 4.

Statutory

Compliance - Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Maintain labour law records and registers.
- Coordinate statutory audits and labour inspections.
- Monitor contract labour documentation and compliance. 5.

Employee

Engagement - Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Handle performance management and employee retention.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support management in HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills - Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.

- Manufacturing industry HR experience.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with shop floor employees and management.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in valve components, precision engineering, CNC/VMC/HMC or automotive component manufacturing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
