Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at our Jaipur headquarters, collaborating closely with marketing, development, and UI/UX teams.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, mobile apps, presentations, and social media, while maintaining consistent brand identity across all channels. The role involves creating logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral, selecting and refining typography, and preparing designs for both digital and print formats.

Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions,



present design concepts to stakeholders, and provide design direction and feedback to junior designers to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design capabilities with proven experience in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Demonstrated skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identities and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select, pair, and refine typefaces for readability and brand alignment.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud- Indesign Must, Figma, Sketch or similar).
- Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms, including responsive and UI/UX-focused assets.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex design projects, brand systems, and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing, IT consulting, or creative agency setting is highly beneficial.
