What You’ll Be Doing

- Creative Conceptualisation: Develop fresh, innovative and engaging creative concepts for brands and marketing campaigns.
- Visual Design: Create high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, ads and brand communication.
- Video Creation: Conceptualise, edit and produce short-form videos, reels, motion graphics and promotional videos.
- Visual Storytelling: Translate marketing objectives and brand messages into compelling visual stories.
- Campaign Creatives: Develop creative directions and visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain visual consistency across different platforms while bringing fresh creative perspectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the strategy, content and performance marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design and creative production.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and visual composition.
- Good creative sense and the ability to think of concepts rather than simply execute briefs.




- Hands-on experience in video editing and creating engaging short-form content.
- Ability to conceptualise and execute Instagram Reels, social media videos and digital ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Knowledge of Figma and AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and video work.
