About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands how design drives business, not just aesthetics. At Midinnings, you’ll work on brands from day one of their journey, especially hotels, resorts, and hospitality-led businesses. Your work will shape how new properties show up in the market and how existing ones grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and performance ads
- Create brand assets like logos, pitch decks, brochures, menus, and hoardings
- Translate marketing briefs into clear, visually strong concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and deliverables
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and performance teams
- Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and campaign performance
- Stay updated with design trends relevant to hospitality and lifestyle brands

Required Skills
- Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Figma is a plus)




- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to think conceptually, not just execute briefs
- Experience designing for digital-first brands
- Attention to detail and strong time management

Good to Have
- Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, or agency setup
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and ad creatives
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
