Senior AI Engineer (LLM, Agents & Python) | Omnissa | Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Join Omnissa's AI Platform Team and turn LLMs, RAG, and agent workflows into production features used across our product ecosystem. If you enjoy shipping AI at real scale, not just prototypes, this role is for you.

What you'll do

- Build and ship LLM-powered features, automation workflows, and intelligent user experiences
- Design backend services and APIs (REST/gRPC) that connect AI models to production applications
- Partner with AI/ML engineers to take models from experiment to reliable, scalable service
- Make AI systems observable: monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
- Shape architecture through design discussions and code reviews
- Explore new AI advances (agent frameworks, embeddings, retrieval) and apply them to real product problems

What you bring

- 8 years building scalable backend applications
- Strong Python, plus one of Java, Go, or C
- Experience with microservices and REST/gRPC APIs




- Hands-on experience integrating LLM or ML services into applications
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Nice to have (not required, so apply anyway)

- RAG systems, AI agents, vector databases, or embeddings
- LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Event-driven or real-time data processing
- Observability tools for AI applications
