Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior FEA Engineer with strong expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and hands-on experience with ANSYS Workbench. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Linear Static Structural Analysis and the ability to perform simulation, interpret results, and provide engineering recommendations.

Candidates with experience in the Automotive domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using ANSYS Workbench.
- Conduct Linear Static Structural Analysis for mechanical components and assemblies.
- Develop and optimize finite element models, including geometry preparation and meshing.
- Define appropriate boundary conditions, loads and material properties.
- Analyse stress, strain, deformation and factor of safety.
- Interpret simulation results and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Identify potential design issues and recommend necessary design improvements.




- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to validate component performance.
- Ensure simulation results meet project specifications and engineering requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in FEA / Structural Analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with ANSYS Workbench.
- Good knowledge of Linear Static Structural Analysis.
- Understanding of meshing techniques, boundary conditions and load applications.
- Knowledge of stress analysis, deformation, strain and factor of safety.
- Ability to interpret simulation results and prepare technical reports.
- Automotive domain experience is preferred.

Interview Process
- ANSYS Workbench Tool Test – In Person.
- Technical Discussion – Face-to-Face.
- Both rounds will be conducted at our Hyderabad office.

Notice Period Immediate joiners to candidates serving up to 30 days' notice period are preferred.
