Responsibilities

- Develop and implement training programs for team in sales, Back office and

Production team. (Training Calender)
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary changes to

ensure maximum impact.
- Create training materials such as presentations, handouts, and quizzes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify areas for improvement in

sales skills and develop training programs to address these areas.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and soft skills

training.
- Build and maintain relationships to ensure their satisfaction with our training

services.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration,



psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a corporate sales & soft skills trainer.
- Solid presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver training programs in a clear and engaging manner.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
