Don Bosco Tech Society is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage and strengthen the Management Information System (MIS) at the state level, supporting programme implementation, monitoring and decision-making.

1. Key Responsibilities

- MIS Management Across Centres: Oversee MIS implementation and maintenance, ensure timely and accurate data entry, and monitor data quality across all centres.

- Data Validation, Reporting and Analysis: Develop data collection processes, conduct validation checks, generate periodic reports and analyse data to support programme planning and decision-making.

- Support and Train Field Teams: Provide technical support, train field staff on MIS tools and reporting formats, and coordinate with state and central teams.

1. Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in MIS, data management or programme monitoring.





- Development sector experience preferred.

1. Skills & Competencies

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, dashboards and pivot tables).

- Knowledge of MIS tools, databases and reporting software.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Solid communication and coordination abilities.

- Ability to train and support field teams.

1. Other Requirements

- Fluency in English (oral and written).

- Familiarity with local language.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
