About the Role

ANJ Creations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Executive – Social Media with a strong understanding of social media strategy, brand communication, creative campaign planning, and digital storytelling.

The role will primarily focus on developing social media strategies, conceptualising campaigns, identifying digital opportunities, and preparing impactful pitch presentations for clients. The candidate should be able to understand client briefs, translate business and communication objectives into creative social media strategies, and confidently present ideas to stakeholders.

Experience handling Government, Ministry, or PSU accounts will be an added advantage, particularly for candidates familiar with institutional communication and structured client approval processes.

What You'll Own

Develop and recommend social media strategies and communication plans aligned with client objectives, brand positioning, and target audiences.

Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable social media strategies, content pillars, campaign themes, and creative directions.

Ideate and conceptualise creative social media campaigns, digital properties, topical content, and platform-specific initiatives.

Prepare and present client pitches, campaign proposals, and strategic presentations, including campaign concepts, content strategies, creative approaches, and execution plans.





Develop monthly and weekly content strategies and calendars based on brand priorities, campaign objectives, trends, and relevant occasions.

Identify opportunities for brand storytelling, audience engagement, real-time marketing, and trend-led communication.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, digital formats, and emerging content opportunities.

Work closely with creative, design, video, copy, and client servicing teams to translate strategies and concepts into effective campaigns.

Participate in client discussions, understand feedback, present recommendations, and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders.

Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and social media insights to recommend improvements and optimise communication strategies.

Manage multiple accounts and projects while ensuring strategic consistency, creative quality, and timely delivery.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.

Prior experience handling Government, Ministry, PSU accounts will be preferred.

Strong understanding of social media strategy,



brand positioning, campaign planning, and digital communication.

Demonstrated ability to develop creative campaign concepts and translate briefs into strategic recommendations.

Experience preparing and presenting client pitch decks, campaign proposals, and social media strategy presentations.

Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and content ideation skills.

Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.

Familiarity with social media trends, audience behaviour, digital formats, and platform-specific content approaches.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients and senior stakeholders.

Ability to collaborate with creative teams and provide clear strategic and creative direction.

Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
